In this role, you will connect with potential clients, build meaningful conversations, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales teams working with businesses in the United States and Canada.

Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter, your main goal is to book high-quality appointments for our clients.

You will be provided with leads, scripts, and training — your responsibility is to communicate effectively, follow the process, and consistently meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to provided leads

• Engage prospects in professional conversations

• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team

• Maintain accurate notes and updates in the system

• Meet daily and weekly performance targets

• Follow scripts and company guidelines

Working Hours

• 3–9 hours per day

• 6 days per week

• Work aligned with US time zones (EST preferred)

Suggested Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8 AM – 2 PM EST

• Evening Shift: 4 PM – 10 PM EST

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills

• Confidence in speaking on calls

• Good listening and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and consistency

• Ability to handle rejection professionally

• Stable internet connection

• Laptop and headset required
